  1. Those of you who want to so quickly make jokes of her death -- can you at least wait until her body is cold?

    By anonymous, on February 11, 2012 16:21:09

  2. Who cares.

    By crackhead, on February 11, 2012 16:28:55

  3. Very sad indeed. A great voice silanced. She had it all. I don't wanna hear white people get blamed for this and the so-called crack "epidemic." Anyone who doesn't know that crack is not mother's milk, is fodder for Darwin's theory. Go figure.

    By LivefromHollywood, on February 11, 2012 16:31:51

  4. Crack dealers everywhere sad....

    By anonymous, on February 11, 2012 16:36:45

  5. Gee, might it be drug related?

    By anonymous, on February 11, 2012 16:55:21

  6. Worldwide crack futures collapsed, and markets halted, on the news of Ms. Houston's demise

    By anonymous, on February 11, 2012 16:56:00

  7. Its mean but I laugh at all the people who are saying "what a huge loss" or "her wonderful voice will be missed" because Whitney Houston the singer and music idol died years ago. Its sad for her family but lets stop acting like suddenly her music career has hit a tragic end.

    By anonymous, on February 11, 2012 17:14:39

  8. Houston we have a problem..

    By anonymous, on February 11, 2012 17:15:02

  9. According to Bitch Perez Hilton this is a publicity stunt..

    By brah, on February 11, 2012 17:21:58

  10. Here we go again, another media circus. 10% of the internet will post nasty (and often very funny) comments about her, 10% will be in denial and 80% wont give a damn.

I'm getting Amy Winehouse flash backs! Aaaaah!

    By anonymous, on February 11, 2012 21:04:35

  11. Hey Lindsey, while I'm in town ,just thought you like to Hitch a ride ,no blowjob required

By THE GRIM REEPER, on February 11, 2012 21:19:48

  12. It's amazing where your life can lead you when you get involved with a piece of shit like Bobby Brown.

    By anonymous, on February 11, 2012 22:08:03

  13. Dear God, you've made a mistake yet again! You should've taken Lindsay instead of Whitney. At least Michael Jackson have a buddy to sing with.

    By why?!, on February 11, 2012 22:12:09

  14. Sorry, #1. I'm not making jokes about her death but nor am I mourning it. She's one more dead crackhead and that death isn't more sad because she was famous. In fact, that makes her an even bigger fucking loser. She has destroyed the life of her child and that's the only person I feel sorry for in this scenario.

By White Cleats, on February 11, 2012 22:21:26

  15. Sad, but not unexpected.

    By anonymous, on February 11, 2012 23:55:17

  16. Whitney died years ago. Her body died yesterday. I grieved for her years ago. No mention of her daughter anywhere I see.

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 00:59:03

  17. #1

    No.

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 01:43:18

  18. You know what could have prevented this tragedy? A Schick Quattro razor.

By Gordon Guano, on February 12, 2012 02:29:36

  19. And IIIIIII-II-IIIIII-IIII-IIII will always love craaaa-aa-aaaaaa-aaaack...

I bet no one gets on the Grammy stage and says "(celeb name), Whitney's death is why YOU should be in rehab." Its just going to be a 3 hour circle jerk of who can mourn the loudest, and how this is such a shock and tragedy. Fuck them.

    By Whitney's crack pipi, on February 12, 2012 02:33:52

  20. That Schick ad is really getting annoying.

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 02:50:07

  21. did she leave behind any nekkid shots?

By Lee Cadaver, on February 12, 2012 02:51:10

  22. What will happen to the crack market now? Will the prizes go upp or down? Should I sell my shares?

    By Bogus, on February 12, 2012 03:35:48

  23. She obviously didn't give a shit..why should we mourn her crack head ass and pay respect to someone who didn't respect herself....what a true waste of fucking talent.....

    By Justsayno, on February 12, 2012 03:49:40

  24. Yep, the career's been dead for over a decade. Body just caught up.

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 03:55:31

  25. +1 for #7. We lost her a long, long time ago.

This does it. I'm not watching the Grammies. Between the coronation of Adele (for who I am totally sick) and the Boohooing over the "sudden" death of Whitney Houston, I think I'd rather alphabetize my spices.

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 04:05:27

  26. Thanks for posting the video of her singing the National Anthem. I think that was maybe the brightest highlight of her career. I remember when she performed it and to this day it chokes me up. No one has outshined her ever on this.

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 04:22:54

  27. Fuck Schick razor popup ads.

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 04:37:43

  28. Apparently she took xanax for depression/anxiety and it made her fall asleep in the tub and drown...she's been sober for a year and a half ... Also her daughter was denied access to see her body until an investigation was completed, she was with her the entire weekend beforehand

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 05:03:53

  29. Whitney died in a tub using a schick quattro

    By tripod, on February 12, 2012 05:16:01

  30. #16, well said.

I a so sad about this. This woman was the Queen of the mid to late 80's. What an amazing talent.

By mount rushwhore, on February 12, 2012 05:39:18

  31. Looks like Kevin Costner dropped the ball this time.

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 06:16:15

  32. Come on people think of the people she left behind,. A husband, a daughter, an extended family of drug dealers who will have to get jobs. I mean come on when your entire income comes from selling to one stupid bitch for years you have no diversity in your portfolio. What are those poor folk gonna do now?

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 06:44:33

  33. Here we go: loads of people whining about how great she was, yet hadn't really done anything worthy of note since she covered a Dolly Parton song and appeared in a crap film with Kevin Kostner (1992).

    By Hitler, on February 12, 2012 07:41:32

  34. Not to distract from the conversation about famous dead people, but watching that video I was struck by "the brave men and women serving our nation in the Persian Gulf." That video was from 1991... 1991. Think about that for a second. We'll have troops in that region for the rest of my life - and everywhere else too I suppose. *sigh*

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 08:17:44

  35. #15 sums it up perfectly. Also, she did kill the hell out of The Star Spangled Banner. I remember people buying the hell out of the single. Hell, just the fact that they released a single of a pregame national anthem performance is something.

    By duder, on February 12, 2012 08:21:57

  36. Good lord that version of the National Anthem gets me all patriotic. Simply amazing.

By The Kath, on February 12, 2012 08:40:21

  37. It was a slow death - and pretty tragic watching someone kill themselves for 15+ years. I really feel for her family as fame and money meant that she never really had to clean up. I'm sure she was surrounded by enablers and ghouls. Good luck to her daugher - she is going to have a huge mountain to climb. RIP Whitney.

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 08:42:36

  38. One sad aspect of her death, in my opinion of course, is the blame going to everyone but her for her death.

There are some pointing the finger at her husband, which denies her responsibility and makes her out to be a child and not an adult. No one can make you a drug addict, that's a path you chose to follow. That's why no one can end your addiction, that is also a path YOU must choose to follow if you want to be clean.

    By shereallyhittheHIGHnotesdidn'tshe?, on February 12, 2012 08:46:35

  39. everyone has to die. it's not tragic or unexpected when it happens

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 08:50:45

  40. While she was alive, everyone had a laugh and made crack jokes at her expense, like she was some living joke. Now that she's dead, though, everyone's acting like she was some sort of hallowed legend we all adored and idolized. This is one seriously fucked-up country.

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 09:41:05

  41. Sorry to say this, but Whitney Houston admitted and the NFL has come out and stated that this National Anthem was actually a backing track and that she did not sing it live. Check the facts yourself. Drugs are bad, but masturbation is is safe!

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 11:20:12

  42. #38 you know NOTHING about drug addiction so shut the fuck up.

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 11:32:44

  43. Hey look! We are judging addict Amy Winehouse by the content of her character and crackhead Whitney by the content of her character, and neither one by the color of her skin!
Dr. King! Your dream is alive!

By World Class Dick, on February 12, 2012 11:41:06

  44. agree with no 40.

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 11:55:03

  45. To the morons whining about the pop-up ads:

    1) Firefox
    2) No-script
    3) Ghostery

FFS, it's not hard! Oh you're still using IE? Then plz kill yourself.

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 12:24:13

  46. Cocaine is a hell of a drug.

    Rick James

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 13:10:16

  47. you guys are dead inside. This is Whitney Fucking Houston. I'm not saying we have to cry our eyes out but a legend died. Another one. It's like who can be the first to crack the first lame joke with you guys. It doesn't make you edgy it makes you tools. If you don't care why come to an obscure blog and comment under her picture? get a life

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 13:42:39

  48. If she hadn't died no one at tonight's Grammys would have thought about or mentioned her in any way, shape or form other than to mock on her appearance or what she wore. Today she's this massive, beloved and influential mega-superstar who everyone loved very dearly, but yesterday she was tabloid fodder and basically a national joke. Yet another person chewed up and shit out by the "entertainment business", get ready for the flood of "tribute" albums and DVD's.

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 13:50:11

  49. ..."one of the greatest voices that ever lived"...

Are YOU on crack? Greatest voices? Seriously? You MUST be on crack!!!

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 15:06:23

  50. Death. It's one doodie bubble you can't dig out.

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 15:31:09

  51. -- "Christina Aguilera should have studied this a little harder"

whitney houston didn't have the guts to try singing that song live.

By Two Mile Time Machine, on February 12, 2012 16:07:07

  52. #47 "This is Whitney Fucking Houston" This is me not giving a fuck.

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 16:52:59

  53. When Grammy ratings need boostin' try dead crackhead Houston!

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 17:08:59

  54. Fuck you, Bobby Brown

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 17:11:29

  55. A "technically perfect voice", and absolutely nothing worthwhile to say with it her entire career.

    Hollow music. Hollow life.

    By anonymous, on February 12, 2012 17:56:43

  56. Very surprised to hear this news. My heart goes out to her family and friends. Another talent gone far too soon. Rest in peace, Whitney.

    By Hosting, on February 12, 2012 23:01:15

  57. Let's face it, she's been dead for ages. This is her body catching up to her and a reason for every celebrity to bullshit and wax poetic about a singer they hardly knew and songs they've hardly listened to. Greatest singer? Nah, good but not greatest. Greatest national anthem? Meh, especially when it gives everybody a reason to try to out do it and butcher it in the process.

Hopefully we'll get a special where John Mayer plays "I'm Every Woman" with his bestest O face.

    By anonymous, on February 13, 2012 04:50:43

  58. guess that means we are stuck with Lindsay Lohan till she's 48.

    By Jason, on February 13, 2012 11:05:44

  59. Jesus Christ, if I have to hear that insufferable yodeling one more time I'm going to gouge out my ear canals with flaming ice picks. The woman had a few hit songs twenty years ago. Sure, she could sing. So fucking what? She didn't do a single musically relevant thing in decades and was mostly known nowadays for being a huge drug user who always seemed disheveled and fucked-up. The insane hero-worship nonsense going on over this is beyond ridiculous.

    By anonymous, on February 13, 2012 12:26:05

  60. To all you folks hating on whitney, next time your in town I will happily buy you a beer.

    By anonymous, on February 13, 2012 13:18:16

  61. how much u think she wouldve charged for a BJ?

    By cassidy, on February 14, 2012 05:57:48

  62. One nigger less.
