Nicole Richie's rep won't comment, but TMZ was able to confirm today that Nicole Richie is pregnant.

The starlet has been dating Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden for over six months. Rumors have been swirling for months that Richie and Madden were expecting, but TMZ has confirmed through several sources that she is, in fact, with child. In Touch magazine is also reporting that the couple will wed this summer. Richie is currently facing DUI charges stemming from her arrest last December, when she was found driving the wrong way on a California highway.

Richie's trial is set for July 11. If convicted, she faces a minimum of five days in jail."

Good God, I hope this kid doesn't end up looking like either of these trolls. Nicole Richie always looks like she just smelled a fart, and Joel Madden always looks like he needs to fart. Together, they're just disgusting. Chances of this baby having scales and a spiked tail: 200%.

A female photographer filed a crime report with police after Good Charlotte's, Joel Madden, injured her Sunday night. TMZ reports:

According to police sources, the woman claimed Madden struck her on the left breast "with the heel of his hand" as the rocker tried to escort his girlfriend, Nicole Richie, out of the back door of Mr. Chow restaurant in Beverly Hills. The photographer told TMZ that she has a welt to prove it, and had to see a doctor for treatment. Madden can be seen throwing a forceful, open-handed stiff-arm into the chest of another paparazzo, moments after the alleged incident."

You gotta love when boy-banders try to act tough, especially when they're trying to show off for their famous-for-no-real-reason girlfriends. I could understand needing to shoehorn people out of the way if you're trying to squeeze Persia from The White Rapper Show through the crowd. But little Joel and Nicorpse had plenty of room. Dust bunnies are more intimidating than this dork.
