Apparently a MetroCard is grounds for a medal of honor. Page Six reports:

Karolina Kurkova is one of the few Victoria's Secret Angels brave enough to take the subway. The leggy blonde from the Czech Republic takes the A/C/E line around town. But fellow Angel Alessandra Ambrosio tells the latest issue of Page Six Magazine, out Dec. 2, "The subway? No, never. I haven't ridden the subway for years."

Lily Aldridge also says, "I don't take the subway much anymore," and Chanel Iman says she prefers above-ground transportation. The ladies recently walked the catwalk in the Victoria's Secret fashion show, which airs on CBS Tuesday.

I guess being a supermodel with a bellybutton makes you all uppity and too good for the L-train.

I hate to be difficult here, but this chick is missing a body part. A body part that's kinda important when you're modeling lingerie and bikinis. I'm sure there are hotter chicks with actual belly buttons who won't need Industrial Light and magic to retouch their pictures. The only people who should be missing body parts are amputees and enslaved aliens who crash land on Earth then become cops. How do they hear what I'm saying?! They have no ears! It's freaking me out, man!

When I was able to lift my head out of the toilet yesterday, I cursed death for not coming swiftly, then I had some crackers. I'm not sure why you need to know that, but these pictures of Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Karolina Kurkova, and Marisa Miller on a Victoria's Secret shoot is probably the closest thing to my version of heaven. And I only say "closest" because nowhere in these pictures am I holding aloft a magic sword.

Victoria's Secret model, Karolina Kurkova, has been cast in the live action adaptation of the classic 80s cartoon, G.I. Joe. Page Six reports:

The leggy blonde just landed the role of Courtney "Cover Girl" Kreiger, who is the object of several Joes' affections. Kurkova joins Dennis Quaid, Channing Tatum, Sienna Miller, Marlon Wayans, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Lee Byung-Hun in the flick, which is due out in August."

This news comes less than a month after Rachel Nichols was cast as Shana "Scarlett" O'Hara. I wonder what Cobra Commander thinks about all this hot casting. He can't be pleased. I imagine it would be pretty difficult planing a campaign of terror with an uncomfortable hard on.
